Thank you for joining the Crazy Cat Café Loyalty Program!

Collect stamps every time you visit and enjoy one FREE 60 minute Cat Lounge session and one FREE standard drink once you've collected the required number of stamps.

📋 Earning Stamps

One Loyalty Card is issued per person and is not transferable.
One person = One Loyalty Card.
One person = One stamp per eligible visit.
Stamps are only available on full price 60 minute Cat Lounge sessions.
"Full price" means the standard advertised price for a 60 minute Cat Lounge session at the time of purchase and excludes any discounted, promotional or complimentary entries.
To receive your stamp, your Loyalty Card must be presented at check-in before your Cat Lounge session begins.
Stamps cannot be added before or after your visit if your Loyalty Card was not presented at check-in.

🎟️ Redeeming Your Reward

Once your Loyalty Card is full, simply present it to one of our friendly team members at check in.

Your Loyalty Card must be presented before your Cat Lounge session so your reward can be validated and redeemed.

Your reward includes:

🐾 One FREE 60 minute Cat Lounge session

☕ One FREE standard drink

Eligible drinks include:

• Small hot drink

• Water

• Soft drink

• Fruit juice

The following are not included:

❌ Milkshakes

❌ Smoothies

❌ Alcoholic beverages

📅 Rewards are subject to session availability, and advance bookings are recommended.

⭐ Eligible Visits

Loyalty stamps are available on:

✅ Full price 60 minute Cat Lounge sessions

Loyalty stamps are not available for:

❌ 30 minute Cat Lounge sessions

❌ VIP Paw Lounge bookings

❌ Discounted entries

❌ Promotional offers

❌ Complimentary entries

Adult and Child Loyalty Cards are separate and cannot be combined to earn rewards.

📌 Important Information

Loyalty Cards remain the property of Crazy Cat Café.
Loyalty Cards cannot be shared, transferred, copied or used by another person.
Loyalty rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other product, service or promotion.
Any misuse, fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in the Loyalty Card being cancelled without notice.
Lost or stolen Loyalty Cards should be reported to management as soon as possible.
Replacement cards may be issued at the discretion of Crazy Cat Café.
For your convenience, we're happy to keep your Loyalty Card safely at the café if requested.

🔄 Changes to the Program

Crazy Cat Café reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Loyalty Program, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will apply to future visits and rewards.
