🪜 Access to the Café
Unfortunately, our café is located on the first floor and there is no lift or escalator within the building.
Access requires climbing 17 steps, with a landing approximately halfway up.
🦯 Guests using walking sticks, walkers and other mobility aids that can be safely carried up the stairs are welcome.
🚋 Getting Here
We're conveniently located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just a short walk from the Cavill Avenue G:link Tram Station.
There are also several public parking options within easy walking distance of the café.
🤝 Support Workers & Companion Cards
We understand that everyone's needs are different.
Crazy Cat Café is not currently affiliated with the Queensland Companion Card Program.
If you require a support worker or companion to assist you during your visit, please contact us before making your booking.
We'll happily consider requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account your individual needs and the safe operation of our Cat Lounge and VIP Paw Lounge.
🐾 Assistance Animals
Due to the unique nature of our business as the permanent home of free roaming resident cats, we are unable to accommodate Guide Dogs, Assistance Dogs or other animals within the café.
Introducing unfamiliar animals into our cats' home can cause significant stress and impact their wellbeing.
The health, safety and welfare of our resident cats will always be our highest priority.
👶 Tiny Humans & 👧 Little Humans
Cat lovers of all ages are welcome!
👶 Tiny Humans (under 12 months) are welcome to visit with their families.
👧 Little Humans (aged 1 to 12 years) must always be accompanied and actively supervised by a responsible adult while visiting the Cat Lounge or VIP Paw Lounge.
🐾 One adult may supervise up to four little humans within a booking.
🐾 Our Cat Lounge
Our resident cats are free to roam throughout the Cat Lounge and VIP Paw Lounge.
Some cats may choose to interact with guests, while others may prefer to play, explore, relax or enjoy some quiet time in one of their private areas.
Every visit is unique because every cat has their own personality, and they always have the freedom to choose how they spend their day.
