Title: Good Girl Gone Bad

Breed:  Ragdoll

Sweetheart Bonny, in memory of our beautiful original Crazy Cat Bonnie... what makes this so special, Bonnie & Bonny were born on the same day, but years apart!

Everyone knows the story of Bonny & Clyde - 2 beautiful people caught up in a world of crime... so for a bit of fun, we add a spin to this with our legend Ragdolls, Bonny & Clyde right here at the Crazy Cat Cafe.

Ragdolls have the most beautiful eyes, their coats are as soft as silk & their purrs are mesmerising. Bonny loves a cuddle, & will happily cuddle up on your for hours.

Then it’s play time. Bonny LOVES playtime, but can get quite rough, it’s not unusual to see marks where Bonny & Clyde have clobbered one another.  By all accounts – just like their namesakes...

Bonny loves attention, so please play & cuddle her lots.
She is a little sweetheart & will no doubt melt your heart.

Bonny

Clyde

Date of Birth: 17th March 2016
Breeder: Rolypoly Ragdolls

Title: The Fav Bad Boy

Breed:  Ragdoll

Clyde lives up to his name, just as well as Bonny.

His eyes are mesmerising, his coat so soft & his purr so catching. He is the ultimate Cuddle Machine.

Nothing makes Clyde happier than a decent cuddle.

He will show his appreciation by purring so loudly, you will feel it in the souls of your feet. As long as you are prepared to cuddle, he will cuddle up to you.

He's also known for his hair styling, licking your hair into a Crazy Cat new style lol!

He really is a sook. However, like Bonny, playtime will come, & look out everyone. Clyde loves his rough & tumble with Bonny, but also with all the other Crazy Cats.  At times he likes to act like King Ding A Ling & can get his attitude on!

Clyde love cuddles, being picked up, any love & affection he will gladly take.

George

Date of Birth: 10th April 2016
Breeder:  Full of Charm Maine Coons
Title:  Gentle Giant Love Machine

Breed:  Maine Coon

George is a Maine Coon, thought to be the largest Domestic Bred Cat available in Australia... they are the gentile giants of the domestic cat world, the owner most definitely has a big soft spot for this breed having a few of her own at home.

George is named after the legendary George Jopson, of Wanaka, NZ, he was a domestic ginger cat that blessed the earth with his presence for almost 21 years.

Both George’s share the same amazing personality and super friendly demeanour.

Have a close look at our George’s eyes...

They are 'odd eyes' - One is Blue, the other is Amber, pretty awesome huh, sure adds to his appeal & good looks!

George is very laid back, & will get to everything in his own time. He loves to hang out, play, cuddle and smooch.

He doesn't go at the same speed as some of the other cats, but when you are as big as him, you don't need to impress anyone now, do you...??

Tom

Date of Birth:  24th January 2016
Breeder:  Osiris (V) & Chat d’Or Abyssinian’s
Title:  Comedian

Breed:  Abyssinian

Tom & Gerri - our Abyssinian Dream Team.

Tom is a little quieter than Gerri, but by no means shy.

He does prefer more conventional sleeping arrangements & can often be found on a comfy bed next to a light. We think he likes to see who's coming.

Tom is a little squishy as he sure does love his food.

He loves pats and rubs, so don't be surprised if he comes rubbing up to you, or he might try to climb up you for a pat or cuddle.

These kitties need to be roaming & getting up to mischief. They are most fun showing off their talents, climbing walls on their furniture & simply running a muck.

Both Tom & Gerri like to lick people & can give a wee nibble, so don't be alarmed, it's just a love bite.

Gerri

Date of Birth:  9th June 2021
Breeder:  Osiris (V) & Chat d’Or Abyssinian’s
Title:
Actress

Breed:  Abyssinian

Our gorgeous cute as a button Princess Gerri joins our Crazy Cat Family in memory of our beautiful original Crazy Cat Jerry...

Tom & Gerri, graduated from the Cat Circus at a very young age, they were born to be comedians or entertainers.

Tom & Gerri can do all sorts of tricks & get up to mischief like you wouldn’t believe.

If we can’t find Gerri, we look on top of shelves, cat trees, air cons, just anything.

She really can get anywhere.

Gerri loves to watch someone doing something interesting, so that she can watch & help. She is super friendly, but very hungry. She will purr round your feet looking for a little bit of food. Please don’t feed her any though – or she won’t be able to reach her favourite hiding places.

Tom & Gerri like to lick people, & can give a wee nibble, so don't be alarmed, it's just a love bite.

Pete (Pommy)

Date of Birth:  3rd August 2016
Rehomed:  Gifted to the cafe

Title:  Stoor Hobbit
Breed:  Devon Rex

Also known as ‘Pommy Pete’ because of his English heritage, and many loved Peter's amongst us.

Pete is a Devon Rex, which is almost a cross between a Hairless Cat, and a normal cat!

Pete feels really soft and velvety and is like a little furness. He’s always really warm.

Pete is named after one of the most special humans in this world, Peter Poo... you know who you are!!

Pete loves to play and is also a pretty good runner on the big wheel. He loves to join in with the other cats when they are on the wheel, but often runs in the wrong direction.

We love Pete's unique look.

We don’t let him hear, but we sometimes call him Gollum, his love name, as he is such an amazingly friendly little cat.

We think he’s the real definition of cute – “attractive in an endearing way”!

Jimmy

Date of Birth:  25th April 2016
Rehomed:  Due to Allergies
Title:  King Ranga

Breed:  Domestic Ginger

Jimmy is a legend, aka - Jimmy Cat, Jimmy The Cat, JTC, James Cat – The list goes on.

Jimmy is named after a legendary Ginger in Inverbervie, Scotland. Big Jimmy belongs to Neil's Brother's neighbour (his real name is O’Malley – from Aristocrats).

He is affectionate, demanding, knows what he likes & how to treat a human to get the best out of them.

Our little Jimmy has managed to copy this to the letter.

He can be a bit of a bully to the other cats, he goes where he wants & does whatever he fancies.  One of his favourites is picking a human he fancies & climbing on their shoulders or snuggling close up in their chest.

He is a proper ‘Jimmy’ cat.

He is the proud owner of the second loudest meow, & loves a good snuggle.

If you are looking for Jimmy, just watch the chaos , & he won’t be too far away.  Jimmy loves cuddles & affection.

Hamish

Date of Birth:   20th September 2017
Rehomed:   Family Relocating
Title:   Prince Bluey
Breed:   Scottish Fold X Domestic

Hamish is our wonderful Ginger, Scottish Fold X Domestic.

Hamish falls part of the famous Hamish & Andy duo, also named after one of the owners beautiful step sons, Hamish aka Haydish!

Scottish Folds occur by a natural genetic mutation that occurs unexpectedly in an otherwise ordinary cat. We can trace his heritage back to Susie, a  white cat with unusual folded ears who earned her keep as a mouser in a barn in Scotland’s Tayside region.

Susie might have lived her life in obscurity, had she not been noticed in 1961 by a shepherd named William Ross, who had an interest in cats. When Susie had kittens with a local tom cat, Ross acquired one of them, a female he named Snooks.

In the natural way of things, Snooks had kittens, one male was bred to a British Shorthair. Thus began the development of what were first known as “lop-eared cats,” later as Scottish Folds, a nod to their country of origin and their defining characteristic.

Hamish is a Ginger and has 'Scottish' ears, so is a proper little Scotsman! He is very cute, he can be a little bit stand-offish, and has the cutest little Scottish meow!

He loves to play and sleep - in fact, he can sleep for Scotland and Australia, another reason he's named after our step son!

Andy aka Aspen

Date of Birth:   18th January 2020
Breeder:  Catzgonewild
Title:   Thumbs Up
Breed:   Tundra - Exotic Cat

Andy is one of a kind - EXOTIC & RARE!!!

Unfortunately Julie from Catzgonewild is no longer breeding Tundra kitties, which makes our Andy even more rare & unique - a gem.

Andy falls part of the famous Hamish & Andy duo, we sure do love to have fun with our kitty names!

The Tundra breed was officially recognised in December 2017, with the rare and exotic feline registry.  They are a large breed of domestic cat with big beautiful personalities to match. Tundras are easily trained to do tricks and walk on a harness.

The amazing Julie developed this breed here in Australia, with the influence of my imported highlanders, Maine Coons and other specifically chosen breeds. Julie's major aim was to produce a very healthy large breed of cat, that would resemble the look of the Canada Snow Lynx, with health and temperament being priority. Julie's major goal was to produce a beautiful strong breed with no hereditary diseases what-so-ever, and what a success Julie had... she has had the most beautiful, well natured kitties ever... Those of you who have met Andy, or have a Tundra can vouch to this.

Andy has cute wee thumbs, yes an extra toe.... which matches his happy go lucky attitude - Thumbs Up to Life - this is know as polydactyl feet.

Let's not forget his "Bobby Cat" ears & tail, adds to his cuteness.

Andy mostly comes out to play, for a pat, or to just walk the walk... He's not a fan of being picked up but sure loves a pat and a treat.  He is too beautiful for words, and goodness is he just getting so big and snow leopard like - true to his breed.

Harry

Date of Birth:  25th April 2017
Rehomed:  Gifted

Title:  Rug Warmer

Breed:  Munchkin

Little Harry is a beautiful long haired Birman Munchkin.

This means he has the colouring and coat of a Birman, but also having the little Munchkin Legs.

The Munchkin’s short legs are caused by an autosomal dominant gene, which causes the long bones in a cat's legs to grow shorter. This doesn’t hurt, or bother, Harry.

He sits like a Meerkat at times to make sure he has a ‘cats eye view’ of the area.   As you will see, Harry will still run around, jump and have fun with the rest of the cats. He can easily get up to the top shelves – it just takes him a few more bounces.

Keep an eye out for Sally... "When Harry met Sally!" - great classic movie, be sure to watch it and think of our Harry & Sally.

Please don't pick Harry up, he doesn't like it, and will hide out the back, rather spend time petting him, this he loves, you will get lost in those big, beautiful blue eyes.

Sally

Date of Birth:  2nd October 2017
Rehomed:  Gifted as loves full time attention
Title:   Cutie Pie
Breed:   Persian

Sally is a beautiful Persian, which gives her a unique look. Some people thinks she looks old and grumpy. However, she is a Tomboy and always running around having fun.

Keep an eye out for Harry... "When Harry met Sally!" - great classic movie, be sure to watch it and think of our Harry & Sally.

The Persian is an old breed.

To those who love this elegant cat, it will come as no surprise that the long-haired beauty originated in the cradle of civilization: Mesopotamia, which was later known as Persia and is now modern-day Iran. The breed’s long hair was probably the result of a natural mutation, and its striking appearance attracted the attention of 17th-century Italian nobleman and world traveler Pietro Della Valle, who is credited with bringing the first long-haired cats to Europe in 1626. At that time, the cats had shiny, silky gray fur, but thanks to selective breeding Persians are now found in a kaleidoscope of colors.

The dignified and docile Persian is known for being quiet and sweet. Sally can enjoy sitting on a lap—surely her rightful place — & being petted by those who are discerning enough to recognize her superior qualities, & playing house with kind children who will gently comb her hair, play gently with her, then serve her tea at their parties. Persians are affectionate but discriminating. They reserve their attention for those visitors whom they feel they can trust.

Simon

Date of Birth:  13th September 2015
Rehomed:
Due to continually running away
Title:  Sleepy Head

Breed:  Siberian X Maine Coon

Simon is our big beautiful fluff ball, he is so relaxed and has the most softest gentle nature, he is one of the oldest kitty at the cafe.

Simon was given to us as he kept running away from his family, trying to go back to their old house. As they had moved across a highway it was becoming a big safety risk for him. We all know cars and cats don't mix well!

Simon definitely knows how to punch out the zzzzzz's.

You'll find him mostly on a table, cat shelf or anywhere in a open space sleeping... he doesn't mind you giving him gentle pats whilst he's resting, in fact he loves attention.

If you're lucky... he might get up and have a wee play or in his cat way ask you for a rub.

He doesn't play much with the other Crazy Cats, he prefers to fly solo, but he is so happy and so lovable, we just love him to bits and so happy we could give him a safe home with overflowing amounts of love.

Tilly

Date of Birth:  2nd December 2017
Rehomed:  Last of the litter looking for a home
Title:   Silly Tilly

Breed:  Siamese

I am Siamese if you please
I am Siamese if you don't please
I am from a residence of Siam
There is no finer cat than I am

Si and Am from Lady and the Tramp may be the most famous Siamese, but our Chocolate Point Siamese, Tilly is just as elegant. She carries herself in a regal way and knows that she a Princess of Siam.

However, she does have a Tomboy streak through her. This means you will see her wrestling and play chase with the other cats.

Tilly can be very talkative and opinionated. She will tell you exactly what she think, in a loud, raspy voice, and she will expect you to pay attention & act on her advice. Siamese cats are extremely fond of their people. You will see Tilly being “helpful” & may follow you around & supervise your every move.

Nikolai

Date of Birth: 26th January 2018
Rehomed: Landlord Issues
Title:  Peek A Boo

Breed:  Russian Blue

From Russia with Love, comes our lovely lad Nikolai. He is our resident Russian Blue, and isn’t he as handsome as any James Bond?

Little is known about the origin of the Russian Blue breed, though stories are legendary. Many believe the Russian Blue is a natural breed originating from the Archangel Isles in northern Russia, where the long winters developed a cat with a dense, plush coat. Rumors also abound that the Russian Blue breed descended from the cats kept by the Russian Czars. Assuming the Russian Blue did migrate from northern Russia, it was likely via ship to England and northern Europe in the mid 1860s.

As a Russian Blue, Nikolai is sensitive to visitors moods. He can sense whether to greet you at the door, find a quiet seat next to you, or fetch a toy at playtime. In fact, “fetching” is a favourite pastime for Nikolai.

We are sure you will enjoy your time with Nikolai, and that he will leave you shaken, not stirred!

Ronald

Ronald, aka Ronny, aka Ronald Baby, is very playful, charming and full of himself, look at him, how could he not be!

He is named after the most amazing & special human soul.

Ronny was being rehomed on Gumtree during Christmas time as Shelters all too full, he was too irresistible to not bring to the Crazy Cat Family.

He's so confident that no matter where he is, even if he hasn't been there before, or if he's surrounded by new people, he acts like he's been there all his life.

This is why we have rescued him, he fits right into the Crazy Cat Family, dying to meet & greet new visitors each day and be surrounded by all the Crazy Cats, just what the doctor ordered for his happiness.

Ronald loves to chase and catch anything that moves, he's very easily entertained. A wee heart of gold this kitty has, & in no time will steal your heart... just like the Human Ronald Baby stole someone's we all know well!!!

Simba

Date of Birth:  14th February 2012
Rescue:  The Owners Kitty
Title:  Big Rig or Lion King

Breed:  Maine Coon

Simba is our Lion King...

The name Simba is boy's name of Swahili origin meaning "lion; strength".  Traditional African name made cartoonish by the Disney character in The Lion King. In Shona it means "strength".

Simba has been part of our lives for many years, unfortunately he keeps breaking out our home and the Council won't accept this anymore.  We tried him on the farm, but after breaking 2 cat flaps, yes he has BIG muscles & incredible strength.  Unfortunately nature has too many paralysis ticks & thorns that are not agreeing with the Lion King, so his journey now brings him to the Crazy Cat Cafe, where he can continue to be part of the family, and now have his very own Pride, roarrrrrr.

Simba is a gentle giant, don't be fooled by his gentleness as he is strong like a lion.  Simba loves to cuddle his select humans, be careful he does like to do the treading water on you, but his claws show no mercy.  Simba does not like his paws or belly touched, he will bite if you attempt this, so please respect his space.  As he's getting older, he has grumpy days so be cautious he will let you know if he doesn't want to be petted.

We love our Lion King, and know he will take extra care of his Crazy Cat Pride!!

Once in a "Black" moon we get lucky, Neil's Mumma is is part of the Team, Livvy.   Most days Neil is over the moon to have his Mumma with him, other days he likes it when Mumma hangs out the back so he doesn't feel like he's always being watched, haha.

"Shoot for the Moon" and you never know what you may get!  Neil got his Mumma to be pat of the Crazy Cat Family with him!!

Enjoy or even join in doing the Moon Dance with these sweethearts, Neil & Buzz our legendary Moon Walkers.

He's constantly racing around... we think he's trying to beat the cow to jump over the moon - Hey Didddle Diddle...

His gentle playful nature shines brightly through the clouds, he's part of the sparkle and is the twinkle in everyone's eye!

Buzz continues to do his loops around the moon, cuddling up to a different Crazy Cat after each nap, he's never in the same spot twice.

He loves to climb up and all over our Team... he even loves to be a labourer and get in there and help our tradies, such a smartie!

We hope we share many lunar eclipses with this sweet boy!

Livvy

Date of Birth:  14th July 2018
Rescue:  Found on the streets of Brisbane
Title:  Missy Moo

Breed:  Domestic Tabby

Beautiful Livvy was found on the streets of Brisbane , she was about 1 week old.  Livvy had a rough start to life, so you will find she is a bit anxious and takes time to build up trust, but once she does, she is a lovable cuddly kitty, with such a sweet nature, and she most definitely is the perfect Mumma.

We hit a pot of gold rescuing Livvy, as she is Neil's Mumma, we are so happy to have Mumma & Son reunited, and able to share their lives together here at the Crazy Cat Cafe.

Livvy & Neil come along with another special kitty, Willie.  Willie is like Livvy's brother, which forms part of our amazing duo - Livvy & Willie brother & sister, named after one of the owners beautiful step children Livvy & Willie.  Willie has another special duo to his name, read more in his profile.

Be kind & gentle with Livvy, this beautiful sweet girl will live up to her name & her duo... you'll fall in love with her in record time!

Willie

Date of Birth:  12th September 2017
Rescue:  Saved from the AWL
Title:  Doc

Breed:  Domestic Ginger & White

Willie, now this is one super special kitty.

Willie was adopted from the AWL, unfortunately we don't know anything about his background, but we do know he is unique as he is a trained "Support / Therapy Cat".

Willie alone has a duo with his name & association to a special person's best friend who passed away & also being like Livvy's brother - Livvy & Willie brother & sister, also named after one of the owners beautiful step children, Livvy & Willie.

Heavenly Willie was a gentle soul, he loved to DJ & would DJ at a Therapy Club.  He was a true best friend...

It's an honour to have Willie kitty named after Willie in heaven & Willie our step son, truly amazing individuals that will shine through Willie cat, & the love Willie cat has to share with you.  He is the biggest smooch... so expect him to rub up & demand pats.

He's not a fan of being picked up or his tummy rubbed, but loves a pat on his terms.  We ask Guardians to keep their little ones away from Willie as he has scratched & bitten a few.  Adults please touch him at your own risk.  Sadly with rescues they have a past of which we had no control over & at times this could have had trauma which can cause behavioural issues, we have seen a few come out in Willie, not often but we prefer to be safe than have anyone hurt.

Enjoy petting him, when he lets you, he's a big beautiful boy.

Savannah aka Savvi

Date of Birth:  2nd October 2021
Rescue:  Coomera Vets
Title:  Princess

Breed:  Domestic Long Hair

Gorgeous Savannah was handed into Coomera vets, instantly they fell in love with her affectionate sweet nature.  They tried to get her into a shelter but they are all at capacity.  They reached out to us, and we gladly accepted.

Savvi is most definitely a wee princess and ever so gorgeous.  Once she feels comfortable we have no doubt she will be a super star & loved by many as she already is super affectionate with us.

Savvi is named after one of the owners children, she has grown up being a part of the cafe since she was only months old, we are certain many have met her, she loves to tell all the stories about the kitties & ensure everyone is abiding by the rules - our wee rule keeper.  Its a honour to have rescued a precious kitty soul & name her after one of dearest humans.

Savannah is a name of freedom and nature thanks to her meaning “large, grassy plain.” She’s isn’t bound to one style, free to mix and mingle between name crowds with her versatile fit.

Enjoy Savvi, as I am sure she will enjoy all your love & pats.

Beau

Date of Birth:  9th August 2023
Rehomed:  Saved from going to the shelters
Title:  The Beauaniser

Breed:  Domestic Tabby

Beau joined the Crazy Cat Family at only 5 weeks old, our youngest kitten to join our family.

For the first 2 months Beau was named Jax as we were told he was a boy... when it was vet visit time we got informed that she was actually an he, so now this precious little soul is named after one of the Owners amazing nephews, Beau.

Human Beau is a gentle fun soul, so it was only too appropriate to call him this, as we do like our kitties to have human names and a bit of a meaningful story.

Beau comes from a family whose kitty fell pregnant and they couldn't keep the kittens so had to give them away ASAP. Unfortunately we don't know anything about Beau's background, only that Mumma was a tabby cat, but Dadda remains a mystery.

Beau loves cuddles & pats, he purrs so loud & loves to bump & rub up against you.  He is very playful and loves to be the centre of attention most of the time, but when it's cat nap time, he will simply just pass out... a typical kitty giving you his all or nothing, lol... got to love the arrogance of a cat, after all it is a Cats Life, especially here at the Crazy Cat Family, it's all about the kitties!!

Beau loves to race around and hopefully will race up and smother you!

Jax

Date of Birth:  10th October 2023
Rescue:  Rehomed
Title:   Teddy Bear

Breed:  British Shorthair - Blue

When the cafe turned 7 years in Sept 2023 & with everyone always asking why there isn't a kitty named after one of the owners, Jax, it felt only too appropriate to offer this wee precious kitty a new home being our 7th birthday present & naming her after Jax the owner, who has through all the tricky world climates managed to keep the cafe open & running, with such amazing dedicated staff by her side...

Baby Jax can now be a reflection of our amazing cafe that brings so much love & joy to all of you!

Jax is teeny tiny, she won't grow up to be a big kitty, so she will always look like a kitten.  She is a bit shy at first, once she has some trust in you, she will let you smother her with love or even engage in some play.  She already has her favourite "Slaves" lol Humans.

She especially loves to play with the other Crazy Cats... she is very sneaky and deceiving, she will just appear between your feet, occasionally tripping you, which I am sure she finds funny - so be careful.

She loves the cat wheel & gives this a good ride, don't let her size deceive you, she's a tough little soul, and just loves to have fun!
